* Branch fund cannot be used for this event.

** Subject to change if certain categories have low sign-up.

The tournament is open to all CIEU union members only. Kindly note that any branches caught with non-union members in their team(s) will be blacklisted and banned from all CIEU and / or NTUC organised sports activities for 1 year.

Please apply using the enclosed participation form. Acceptance of the entries will be on a

first-come, first-served basis. The closing date is Friday, 18 March 2011.
