 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) How do I order CIEU 30th Anniversary Family Day Tickets?

You need to fill up the 'Ticket Order Form' and return to CIEU either through:

Email (cieu@ntuc.org.sg),  Fax (6220 6047), Post (3 Bukit Pasoh Road, #06-00, Singapore 089817)

All order forms have to reach CIEU by 2 December 2011.

2) How many tickets can I order and in what combination (eg.Adult,Child, Senior Citizen)?

Each member may purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets, in any combination. For example, 4 Adult tickets, 2 Adult and 2 Children tickets or 2 Adult, 1 Child and 1 Senior Citizen tickets, etc.

3) Are the Family Day tickets available on a first-come-first-served basis?

No. We welcome members to submit their order form between now till 2 December. In the event of an overwhelming response, the first 1,500 tickets will be balloted. Successful members will be notified by 12 December via email/letter, together with the payment instructions. Payment must be made during the period of 12 December to 31 December. Tickets not paid for by 31 December will be forfeited.

4) Can I still purchase the tickets through CIEU if I have been unsuccessful in the ballot?

Yes. Members who are unsuccessful in the ballot can still purchase tickets through CIEU during the period of 12 December to 31 December at 15%. Tickets not paid for by 31 December will be forfeited.

Members must indicate on the 'Ticket Order Form' the number of 15% off tickets they want, in case they are unsuccessful in the ballot for the 30% off tickets.
